Retirement Review Call

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of retirementreviewcall.com and related scheduling pages operated by Precision Appointments LLC doing business as Retirement Review Call (“Retirement Review Call,” “we,” “us”). You must be 18 or older. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after the date above is acceptance of the update.

2. What the Services are

Retirement Review Call is an appointment-request and lead-routing service. We are not your financial advisor, broker, lender, or insurance carrier. We are not affiliated with your employer or with any government agency named in an email or on a landing page.

When you submit a booking form you are a prospect. We assign the request to a licensed representative (“Advisor”). That Advisor—not Retirement Review Call—is responsible for the conversation and any product they discuss.

3. Information you provide

Provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for anyone who uses the Services on your behalf.

By submitting the form you consent to electronic communications about that request (email, call, or text), as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. SMS

If you give a mobile number, we and the assigned Advisor may text you about the appointment. Reply STOP to cancel texts; HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Privacy questions: Privacy Policy or [email protected].

5. Release regarding Advisors

Advisors are independent. Retirement Review Call does not control what they say or sell. If you have a dispute with an Advisor or a product provider, you release Precision Appointments LLC, its officers, and affiliates from claims arising out of that dispute, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

6. License and restrictions

We grant you a limited, revocable, personal right to use the Services to request an appointment. You may not scrape, resell, attack, or misuse the site, or post unlawful or infringing content.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. User content and feedback

You are responsible for notes or other material you submit. Do not submit anything illegal or that you do not have the right to share. Feedback you send us may be used without compensation.

9. Third-party sites

Links to other sites are not endorsements. Their terms and privacy rules apply when you leave our pages.

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AN ADVISOR’S INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR THAT A MEETING WILL PRODUCE ANY RESULT. WE DO NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Precision Appointments LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

12. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, email [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. Where allowed, disputes will be handled individually, not as a class action.

13. Termination

We may suspend or stop the Services at any time. You may stop using them at any time.
